【摘要】 人力资本投资对提高农户收入产生着重要作用。以陕西十五年来的数据为依据,经回归分析得出:在三种人力资本投资形式中,文化教育娱乐用品及服务支出的效果最为明显。而当前农户的人力资本投资明显不足,投资结构也不合理。可以采取四种措施帮助农户加大人力资本投资并改善其投资结构,最重要的还是加大农村的各项教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human resource plays an important role of enhancing one’s earnings.Among those three realized investment models,this article,based on the fifteen-years data of Shaanxi province,takes to analyze that the most effective way is to invest on educational,recreational commodities and services.Actually,the number of investment on rural human resource is not enormous and structure of investment is not reasonable yet.Four suggestions are proposed,essential one is to develop education system.更多还原
