【摘要】 从过去产业政策实践看,产业政策绩效不理想的一个重要原因是政策的价值取向不明确。价值取向不明确,就会造成政策目标不清晰,政策措施不协调。对于发展文化产业来说,政策的价值取向是否合理直接关系着政策的成败。从我国实际来看,传统的产业政策价值取向仍然需要关注,但应当随着经济全球化和我国文化产业发展的实际,进行必要的调整,使其在新形势下更好地促进我国文化产业的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 One of the important reasons for unsatisfied result of industry policy is that value orientation of industry policy is unclear,which causes the same unclear policy goal and uncoordinated policy measures.For the development of cultural industry,whether the value orientation of cultural industry policy is reasonable has a direct bearing on success of industry policy.While traditional value orientation of industry policy being not ignored,we should undertake a necessary adjustment concerning the value orientation in line with the trend of globalization and the new situation of China’s cultural industry so as to better promote the sound development of China’s cultural industry.更多还原
