4.5 MV静电加速器离子聚束电路设计
Redesigned Ion Beam Klystron Bunching Circuits for PKU 4.5 MV Van de Graff Accelerator
【摘要】 在加速器中产生脉冲中子源需要对离子源脉冲化。采用10 MHz聚束和2.5 MHz扫描频率,通过仵交叉场分析器设置直流偏置电压和变频切割电压,改变离子束脉冲频率,使之从2.5 MHz到39 kHz可调。文章介绍脉冲频率可调、幅度可调的脉冲化电路的改进设计及初步实验结果,并给出功放热设计参考。
【Abstract】 Modification of ion beam pulsing circuits of PKU 4.5 MV Van de Graff accel- erator is described.In the present design,a bunching frequency of 10 MHz with sweep- ing frequency of 2.5 MHz sine waves is used.For changing repetition rate of beam pulses,an adjustable DC voltage of cross-field mass analyzer deflects the beam away from the aperture and a regulated frequency pulse voltage added on the analyzer returns the beam to go through the aperture again.Beam pulses repetition rates are 2.5 MHz, 1.25 MHz,625 kHz,…,39 kHz.
