【Abstract】 Till today, Yueyang vocational and technical education has vigorously advanced. Nowadays three levels of education, namely: higher, secondary and primary vocational education are developing synchronously, and a variety of school natures, such as public schools, private schools and profession schools, are now standing side by side. During the process, a lot of successful experience has been built up but on the other hand, some problems and contradiction simultaneously have divulged.
