【摘要】 目的:探讨藤梨根正丁醇提取物对培养的人食管癌Eca-109细胞的生长抑制作用。方法:MTT比色法检测藤梨根正丁醇提取物在不同浓度(1μg/m l、10μg/m l、100μg/m l)及不同时间(24 h、48 h、72 h)对Eca-109细胞生长抑制作用,TUNEL法检测其对癌细胞生长的诱导凋亡效应。结果:①藤梨根正丁醇提取物对人食管癌Eca-109细胞的生长抑制作用随着药物浓度的升高和作用时间的延长而增强。②提取物对瘤细胞有明显的凋亡效应。结论:藤梨根正丁醇提取物能有效抑制人食管癌Eca-109细胞生长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effect of extracts from Actinidia arguta by n-butyl alcohol on human carcinoma of esophagus cells(Eca-109).Methods MTT colormetric assay was used to examine the growth inhibition of extracts from Actinidia arguta by n-butyl alcohol on Eca-109 cells,TUNEL test was performed to observe the apoptosis induced by the extracts(1 μg/ml、10 μg/ml、100 μg/ml)on Eca-109 cells.Results ① The inhibitory effect of the extracts on Eca-109 cells was increased in a dose-and time-dependent manner.②The extracts could significantly induce apoptosis of Eca-109 cells.Conclusion The extracts from Actinidia arguta by n-butyl alcohol could effectively inhibit Eca-109 cell growth.更多还原
