【摘要】 目的:探讨PTEN蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中的表达及其生物学特征的相关研究。方法:SP法检测BTCC标本中PTEN的表达,并分析其与肿瘤病理分型和临床分期之间的关系。结果:64例BTCC组织中23例(36.0%)PTEN蛋白表达阳性,其表达率随肿瘤细胞病理分级、临床分期的增高而降低(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN基因异常表达在BTCC的进展中有重要作用,检测PTEN的表达有助于判断病情与预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of PTEN and its biological characteristics in Bladder Transitional Cell Carcinoma.Methods Expression of PTEN protein was detected in 64 specimens by using SP immunohistochemistry,the clinical stage and pathological type were also compared.Results The positive rate of PTEN was 36.0% in BTCC.The higher the type and the clinical stage of tumors,the lower the expression of PTEN.Conclusion The abnormal expression of PTEN may play an important role in the development of BTCC,examination of PTEN might be useful for the judgement of tumor development and prognosis.更多还原
