【Abstract】 Objective To determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in the Yinhuang Buccal Tablet.Methods The computer-aided convolution curve method has been applied to determine the content of chlorogenic acid and baicalin simultaneously.Results The average recovery and standard deviation of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were 97.28%,0.88%,98.11%,0.45%,respectively.Conclusions The convolution curve method was simple,convenient and fast in detecting the contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin更多还原
