【摘要】 目的:探讨通心络胶囊联用松龄血脉康胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将80例高脂血症患者随机分成两组,治疗组予通心络胶囊联用松龄血脉康治疗12周,对照组给予足量舒降之治疗12周,通过对照两组患者治疗前、后血脂变化,评价疗效。结果通心络胶囊联用松龄血脉康治疗高胆固醇血症和高低密度脂蛋白血症的效果与足量舒降之相当,但对高甘油三脂血症的治疗效果优于舒降之。结论通心络胶囊联用松龄血脉康胶囊对高脂血症的治疗安全有效,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule and Songling Xuemaikang capsule on patient with hyperlipidemia. Methods 80 patients with hyperlipidemia were divided randomly into treatment group and contrast group, treatment group recept Tongxinluo capsule and Songling Xuemaikang capsule therapy 12 weeks, contrast group recept simvastatin therapy 12 weeks, blood lipid were measured in all patients pretreatment \post- treatment, and assessed the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The effect of Tongxinluo capsule and Songling Xuemaikang capsule on patients with hyperlipidemia was well as simvastatin,but it was better than contrast group on hypertriglyceridemia. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule using with Songling Xuemaikang capsule in the treatment of hyperlipidemia is utility and safety, they are worth recommended in clinical.更多还原
