【摘要】 目的:总结创伤性膈肌破裂与膈疝的诊断与治疗的经验教训,减少误诊。方法对32例创伤性膈肌破裂与膈疝的临床资料进行回顾性分析与总结。结果全组术前确诊16例,手术探查确诊14例,漏诊2例。治愈27例,死亡5例。结论术前X线、B超、CT平扫、螺旋CT三维成像、钡餐摄片检查是主要的确诊方法,规范的剖腹与剖胸探查能有效地减少误诊与有效地治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to investigate the experience and lessons of the diagnosis and treatment for traumaticdiaphragma thoraco-addominale rupture and diaphragmatocele, lessen mistaken diagnosis.
