【摘要】 目的:探索使用IUD避孕者的生理与心理的变化。方法据调查的目的运用流行病学的方法,自拟与生理和心理相关的咨询问卷,内容计17大项;采用“B”超检查测测量13437例放置IUD避孕者,以此分出放置前、后的变化对比统计分析。结果除验证重复常见的副作用月经异常和白带增多外,发现月经过多者与年龄环龄相关(x2 >20．09 P<0．01)。白带增多者与年龄和环龄亦相关(x2>21．67 P<0．01)。同时可见3．68％放置IUD前月经过多者,以及3．05％的白带增多者,在放置IUD后恢复正常;这些变化6种IUD均有其差别,但无统计学意义(P >0．05)。在性生活方面,放置IUD后对性的欲望、舒心、兴奋和高潮等方面,比放置IUD前有质的改善和提高,且有随年龄增加的趋势(x2>13．28 P<0．01)。在放置IUD后对负效应比较大者的心情(境):朝气、信心、思维等方面,产生些消极作用,它与年龄、环龄、文化、IUD类型等关系,统计学无意义(x2<9．49 P>0．05)。结论使用IUD避孕者生理上的变化与心理上发生的变化,有着一定的因果关系;对性生活质量的改善和提高亦明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the changes of physiology and psychology of the women with IUD. Methods: used the epidemiological means on the grounds of the investigation aim, designed the questionnaires about physiology and psychology, which consisted of 17 maxterms; Adopted "type B ultrasonograph" to survey 13437 women with IUDs . According to this method, divided into two groups, one was before laid IUD and another was after it, then compared and statistical analyzed the changes between the two groups. Results: besides the certification of the repeated common by-effects, such as menstrual dysfunction and leucorrhoea excess, we found that it was relevant between menorrhagia and the age & the years with IUD (X2>20.09; P<0.01). And there’ s a correlation between leucorrhoea excess and the age & the years with IUD (X2>21.67, P<0.01). We also found that those 3.68% menorrhagia patients and 3.05% leucorrhoea excess patients before laid IUDs came back to health after laid it. These changes were diverse among the 6 kinds of IUDs, yet there was no statistical significance (P >0.05). On the respect of sexual life, the desire、comfortability、excitement、climax and so on about sexual life had been qualitative improved and raised after laid IUD, and there’ s a trend that the sexual life’ s quality would progress with increasing age (X2 > 13.28; P<0.01). On the respects of mind such as: youthful spirit、confidence. thinking and etc, there were some negative functions happened on someone who had a bit more serious side reactions. While the relationship between the negative functions and the age、the years with IUD, the kind of IUD had no statistical significance (X2<9.49; P>0.05). Conclusion: there’ s a specified causation on the contraception persons with IUDs between the physiological alternations and the psychological one, what’ s more, it’ s very obviously helpful to improve and raise the quality of sexual life by using IUD.更多还原
