双频温控式声化学反应器的研制

【摘要】 介绍一种双频温控式声化学反应器。采用水循环降温方法,使变幅杆式反应头能在大功率状态下长时间稳定辐射,并能有效地将声化学反应器内因超声热效应引起的温升控制在5℃左右。利用自动控制及转换电路,使声源既能在20kHz或35kHz中任一单频辐射工作,又能双频自动交替辐射工作,且工作性能稳定,输出电功率在0-800W可调。

【Abstract】 We present a double-frequency sonochemical reactor, in which the temperature increase induced by the ultrasonic heat effect can controlled in a range of about 5℃. It is demonstrated that on the top of the reactor, the horn head adopted can radiate an ultrasonic wave stably for a long time, especially in a large power. By using automatic controllers and switching circuits, the sound source can work not only at a single frequency of either 20kHz or 35kHz, but also at both the frequencies alternatively and automatically. The output of electric power can be adjusted in 0-800W with a good working stability.
