稀土Ce4+复合钛基固体酸催化合成季戊四醇双缩苯甲醛

【摘要】 以硫酸铈掺杂硫酸钛后经450℃高温焙烧制得一类新型复合固体酸催化剂,考察了该催化剂在合成季戊四醇双缩苯甲醛中的催化活性和选择性,在苯甲醛与季戊四醇摩尔比为2.0:1(3.38ml,2.269g),催化剂用量为0.1135g,回流温度83℃,反应时间2h的优化条件下,反应产率为87.7%。且催化剂容易制备,稳定性好,可连续使用。基于布朗斯特酸碱理论,结合稀土金属和过渡金属丰富的轨道能级结构,对复合催化剂的催化活性的成因进行了分析,并以吡啶作为探针分子,通过红外光谱法检测了催化剂表面的酸性质。

【Abstract】 A new type of composite solid acid catalyst Ce-TiOSO4 was prepared by Ce(SO4)2·4H2O doped Ti(SO4)2 and them calcined at 450℃.The catalyst had high catalytic activity and reaction selectivity in the synthesis of dibenzalpenlpentaerythritol.The yield was above 87.7% when the mole ratio of benzformaldehyde and pentaerythritol was 2.0,the amount of catalyst 0.1135 g(i.e.,5% of the weight of pentaerythritol),reaction temperature 83℃,reaction time 2 h.The catalyst could be recovered easily and used repeatedly for many times.The catalytic activity of the composite catalysts has been discussed in terms of the orbit structure of the sufficient energy-level of rare-earth and metal ions and Br?nsted acid-base theory.IR spectra of pyridine adsorption showed the presence of Lewis and Br?nsted acid sites on its surface.
