混凝土输送泵车专用可降解抗磨液压油的研制

【摘要】 介绍了混凝土泵车专用可降解液压油的研制。它采用Ⅱ类基础油/加氢精制茶油和聚α-烯烃(即PAO)复合而成的基础油和不含ZDDP的复合添加剂调和而成,具有可降解性以及良好的抗磨减阻性能,满足混凝土输送泵车各液压系统苛刻的使用要求,延长了换油期。

【Abstract】 The research of biodegradable hydraulic oil specialized in using for concrete pump is described. It is blended of the Ⅱ based oil, hydrogenate treatment tea seed oil and PAO and the additives without ZDDP to be degradatable. It meets all the hydraulic systems of concrete pump and will extend the service interval.
