步进式加热炉电液比例泵缸系统仿真与应用
Simulation and application of electro-hydraulic proportional pump-cylinder system in the field of walking beam furnaces
【摘要】 非对称泵缸系统多用于变速场合,这种泵缸系统多为本质非线性、时变、强干扰系统。本文用PID控制实现电液斜盘位置和流量的控制,使系统的不确定性和非线性等得到补偿。仿真和实验表明,所开发的PID控制器能够较好地实现模型跟踪控制,跟踪性能有较大改善。
【Abstract】 The non-symmetry pump-cylinder system is widely used in various-speed field, which is inherently nonlinear, time variant and subjected to intensivedisturbance. In this paper, a PID controller is proposed to approach the nonlinear anti-model of the object, and to realize the control of electro-hydraulic swash-plate position and flow, so that the uncertainty and nonlinear of the system can be compensated. The resultsof simulation and experiment show that the proposed PID controller can conduct nonlinear control and improve the performance of the control system.
