高黏滞血症4种治疗方案的成本-效果分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的的经济效果。方法:将高黏滞血症患者的4种药物治疗方案进行回顾性分析研究,根据治疗方案不同分为4组:复方丹参组(Ⅰ组)、黄芪组(Ⅱ组)、葛根素组(Ⅲ组)、脉络宁组(Ⅳ组)。运用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法进行比较。结果:各方案治疗高黏滞血症药物的成本分别为85.50元、189.30元、1 368.00元、505.50元;有效率分别为84.10%、88.50%、93.80%、95.60%。每获得1个单位效果,4种方案所需花费的成本分别为1.02元、2.14元、14.58元、5.29元。在方案Ⅰ的效果基础上,每再获得1个单位效果,方案Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ所花费的成本依次为23.59元、132.22元、36.52元。结论:方案Ⅰ、Ⅱ为成本-效果比较低的方案,但有效率不高;方案Ⅲ、Ⅳ有效率有较大提高,而增加相同的效果所需的成本则以方案Ⅳ为最低。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To compare the cost-effectiveness of 4 schemes in the treatment of same disease (hyperviscosity syndrome).METHODS: Patients with hyperviscosity syndrome were randomized to compound salvia miltiorrhiza group(group Ⅰ),radix astragali group(group Ⅱ),puerarin group(group Ⅲ) and Mailuoning group(group Ⅳ).The 4 schemes were analyzed retrospectively and cost-effectiveness analysis of 4 schemes was performed.RESULTS: The costs of the 4 schemes in the treatment of hyperviscosity syndrome were 85.50 yuan,189.30 yuan,1368.00 yuan and 505.50 yuan,respectively;the effective rates were 84.10%,88.50%,93.80% and 95.60% respectively.For every one unit of effectiveness obtained,the costs of the 4 schemes were 1.02 yuan,2.14 yuan,14.58 yuan and 5.29 yuan,respectively.Based on the effectiveness of schemes Ⅰ,the respective cost for schemes Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was 23.59 yuan,132.22 yuan and 36.52 yuan for every another unit of increment in effectiveness.CONCLUSION: Schemes Ⅰ and Ⅱ were lower in cost-effectiveness,yet of lower effective rates;schemes Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher in effectiveness,however,the cost of scheme Ⅳ were the lowest for the same increment in effectiveness.
