【摘要】 目的:观察水林佳为主治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:水林佳和肌苷片为治疗组;益肝灵片和甘利欣胶囊为对照组。治疗12周。结果及结论:治疗组总有效率为77.7%,对照组总有效率为51.1%,差异有显著性,P<0.05。水林佳片为主治疗脂肪肝,使用方便,疗效明确,且不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating adiposis hepatica chiefly with silybinin. METHODS: The treatment group received silybinin plus riboside tablet and the control group received silymarin tablet and diammonium glycyrrhizinate capsule. Course of treatment was 12 weeks. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.7% and that of the control group was 51.1%, significances were noted between the two groups P<0.05. Treating adiposis hepatica chiefly with silybinin is convenient in administration, satisfactory in curative efficacy and less in adverse reactions; therefore, it deserves to be widely used in the clinic.更多还原
