【摘要】 目的:旨在为微生态制剂(定君生)的应用提供一定的参考。方法:查阅国内外相关文献,对定君生的历史和应用范围进行评述,且对其入选的358例进行了临床观察评价。结果及结论:完成治疗的314例中,恢复正常289例,显效0例,有效9例,无效16例,正常率92.0%(289/314),总有效率92.0%。利用阴道正常微生物群中的乳酸菌制成的微生态制剂对女性阴道炎症性疾病方面的预防治疗和保健有较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide some references for the use of micro-ecological preparation(Ding-Jun-Sheng).METHODS: By reviewing some literatures at home and abroad,to study the history and indications of Ding-Jun-Sheng and make clinical observation on selected 358 cases.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Of 314 cases which complete treatment,289 cases have recovered to normal,no case has market efficiency,9 cases have efficiency,16 cases have no efficiency.Normal rate is 92.0%(289/314) and total effective rate is 92.0%.Micro-ecological preparation made by lactobacillus of normal microflora within the vagina has fairly good effect on prophylaxis,treatment and health care of each kind of female vaginitis.更多还原
