【摘要】 目的:研究养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张性头痛的疗效,探讨其对血小板聚集率的影响及紧张性头痛可能的发病机制。方法:对紧张性头痛患者随机分组,治疗组用养血清脑颗粒,对照组用罗通定片,2周为1疗程,分别判定治疗前后两组患者疗效,测定血小板聚集率的变化。结果与结论:养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张性头痛的有效率为95.5%,对血小板聚集率有明显的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the efficiency of yangxueqingnao granula on the treatment of tension headache and explore its effect on platelet aggregation rate as well as pathogenesy of tension headache.METHODS: Patients with tension headache were randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group was given yangxueqingnao granula and control group was given rotundine tablet.2 weeks constituted one course of treatment.The efficiency of 2 group of patients before and after treatment was assessed respectively,and the changes of platelet aggregation rate were also determined.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The effective power of yangxueqingnao granula on treatment of tension headache is 95.5%.It has obvious effect on platelet aggregation rate.更多还原
