【摘要】 目的:介绍他汀类药物的非降脂作用的应用进展,以期为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:查阅国内外近期相关文献,对他汀类药物除降脂之外的作用机理及相关进展作一评价。结果及结论:他汀类药物还具有治疗心血管疾病、骨质疏松,抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫抑制,预防老年性痴呆症、糖尿病肾病、缺血性中风,降低糖尿病风险,应用于心血管外科、作用于顽固性类风湿性关节炎、辅助治疗多发性硬化等多方面的作用,是一种应用前景广阔的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To introduced applicational progress in the effect of non-descendens blood fat of statins,in order to provide some information for rational use in the clinic.METHODS: By reviewing recent pertinent literatures at home and abroad,to evaluate the mechanism of action of other effects of statins except for that of descendens blood fat and their progress.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Statins can also treat cardiovascular disease,osteoporosis,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,anti-virus,immune suppression,prevent senile dementia,diabetic nephropathy, ischemic stroke and decrease diabetic risk.statins have already been used in cardiovascular surgery,refractory rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis,they are the drugs with wide applicational prospect.更多还原
