【摘要】 目的总结微创心内直视手术体外循环转流过程管理经验。方法回顾分析微创心内直视手术89例的体外循环管理相关资料。结果89例患者手术顺利,体外循环过程平稳,术中组织灌注良好,术后恢复顺利,无并发症发生,无死亡病例。结论微创心内直视手术的体外循环转流技术对手术顺利进行可提供良好的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the experience of extracorporeal circulation management in minimal invasive heart operations.Methods The data of 89 cases of extracorporeal circulation in minimal invasive heart operations were reviewed.This series included 35 cases of atrial septal defect (ASD),26 ventricular septal defect(VSD),8 rheumatic mitral stenosis(MS) and mitral insufficiency(MI),7 atrial septal defect combined with pulmonary stenosis(ASD(PS) and 4 pulmonary stenosis(PS),etc.Results All of the 89 patients had successful extracorporeal circulation,good tissue perfusion during surgical procedures and uneventful postoperative recovery.There were no postoperative complications and death.Conclusion Extracorporeal circulation technique can give a reliable security for minimal invasive heart operations.更多还原
