【摘要】 目的观察传统中药辛夷鼻炎丸和鼻舒适片对过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效。方法将80例过敏性鼻炎患者分别以辛夷鼻炎丸口服(40例),每次3克(50粒),3次/日,鼻舒适片口服(40例),每次5片,3次/日;疗程均14天。观察过敏性鼻炎的缓解率。结果辛夷鼻炎丸组,显效21例,有效12例,无效7例,有效率为82.50%(33例);鼻舒适片组,显效25例,有效6例,无效9例,有效率77.50%(31例),两组临床有效率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论辛夷鼻炎丸和鼻舒适片均为治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效药物,且安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effects of Xinyibiyanwan and Bishushipian on allergic rhinitis.Methods Eighty patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups: Group one was treated with Xinyibiyanwan orally 3 g a time and three times a day(40 patients);Group two with Bishushipian orally 5 tablets a time and three times a day(40 patients).The course of treatment for both groups was two weeks and the remission rate was observed and compared afterwards.Results The effective rate was 82.5%(33/40) and 77.5%(31/40) in Xinyibiyanwan group and Bishushipian group respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xinyibiyanwan and Bishushipian are effective and safe drugs for allergic rhinitis.更多还原
