【摘要】 目的探讨导致重型颅脑损伤死亡的主要因素。方法用Logistic回归程序对114例重型颅脑损伤的患者(GCS评分3~8分)可能影响预后的因素进行回顾性分析。结果114例患者,死亡38例,死亡率33%,其中低血压、高龄、内环境紊乱(高血糖、高血钠)以及并发症是导致患者死亡的重要因素(OR>3)。结论维持血压稳定、重视基础疾病处理、及时纠正内环境紊乱以及防治并发症是降低重型颅脑损伤死亡率的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the main factors resulting in death of severe craniocerebral injury so as to improve patients’ prognosis.Methods 114 cases of severe craniocerebral injury(GCS 3-8) were studied retrospectively with logistic regression analysis.Results In the 114 patients,38 died with the mortality of 33%.Among all factors,hypotension,advanced age,internal milieu disturbance(hyperglycemia,hypernatremia) and complications were the important factors resulting in death.Conclusion In order to decrease the mortality of severe craniocerebral injury,it is very important to maintain a stable blood pressure,treat primary disease,redress internal milieu disorder in time and prevent complications.更多还原
