【摘要】 目的探讨免疫调节剂抗尖锐湿疣复发的作用。方法选择384例尖锐湿疣患者,分成四组,分别采用单纯激光去疣体、激光或冷冻去疣体加用免疫调节剂治疗等方法。结果单纯激光去疣体和激光去疣体加用免疫调节剂治疗各组之间在疾病复发方面无显著性差异P>0.05。结论免疫调节剂在抗尖锐湿疣复发方面的作用还有待进一步探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of immuno-modulators in anti-recurrence against condyloma acuminate.Methods 384 cases of condyloma acuminate were divided into 4 groups,treated respectively by simple laser excision warts,laser or freezing excision warts plus immuno-modulators. Results No remarkable difference was found regarding the recurrence rate between simple excision warts and excision warts plus immuno-modulators. Conclusion The role of immuno-modulators in anti-recurrence against condyloma acuminate still needs further confirmation.更多还原
