【摘要】 目的:观察Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗皮肤色素损害的临床疗效。方法:皮肤色素损害患者637例,其中太田痣102例,咖啡斑55例,雀斑180例,纹身300例。应用Q开关激光,针对不同病变类型,采用不同波长和工作参数进行祛色治疗。结果:经过1-8次治疗,不同皮肤色素损害的有效率分别为:太田痣100%、咖啡斑61%、雀斑100%、纹身100%。所有病例在治疗后均未遗留疤痕。结论:应用Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗皮肤色素损害具有疗效好,组织损伤少,不留疤痕等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the therapeutic effects of Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser in treatment of cutaneous pigmentary lesions.Methods: Six hundred and thirty seven patients were treated with the Q-Switched laser.The cutaneous pigmentary lesions including: 102 cases of nevus of Ota,55 cases of café-au-lait spot,180 cases of freckles,300 cases of tattoo.Results: After 1-8 times Q-Switched laser therapy the effective rate was follows: nevus of Ota 100%,café-au-lait spot 61%,freckles100%,tattoos100%,respectively.No scar formation was observed in all patients treated.Conclusion: The using of QSwitched Nd:YAG Laser in treatment of Ota,freckles,tattoos is a securing method having good cured results with no scar and less pain.更多还原
