【摘要】 以水杨醛与丙酮缩合形成α,β不饱和酮,和硫代氨基脲关环形成吡唑硫代酰胺结构骨架,合成了7种未见文献报道的5-(2-羟基苯基)-3-甲基吡唑硫代酰胺类衍生物,并经过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。对新合成的化合物进行了初步生物活性测试。结果表明,化合物3c、3d和3g对大肠杆菌有一定的杀菌活性,最小全杀死质量浓度分别为250、250和500 mg/L;化合物3g对变形杆菌有一定的杀灭活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 4-（2-Hydroxy-phenyl）-but-3-en-2-one was prepared via condensation of salicylaldehyde with（acetone）,and then cyclization of the α,β-unsaturated ketones with thiosemicarbzide.Seven new 5-（2-hydroxyphenyl）-3-methyl-4,5-dihydropyrazole-1-carbothioamide derivatives were synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis,IR and ¹H NMR.The compounds 3c,3d,3g showed certain bactericidal activity against E.coli;compound 3g show certain bactericidal activity against P.vulgaris.更多还原
