树枝状偶氮液晶高分子(PAMAM-MMAZO)的合成及表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Dendritic Azobenzene Side-Chain Liquid Crystalline Copolymer (PAMAM-MMAZO)
【摘要】 采用扩散法合成了1~2代树枝状聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)。采用M ichael加成方法对树枝状PAMAM进行表面修饰,将6-(4′-甲氧基-4-氧基偶氮苯)-甲基丙烯酸已酯偶氮液晶基元(MMAZO)引入树枝状PAMAM的末端,在常温常压下合成了树枝状偶氮液晶高分子PAMAM-MMAZO。用液相色谱分析产品的纯度,用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振谱(1H NMR)对合成产物结构进行了表征。以差热分析(DSC)和偏光显微镜(POM)研究了其液晶性。结果表明,采用此法可成功合成树枝状高分子液晶PAMAM-MMAZO,纯化后其纯度可达90%以上,产率可达45%以上。液晶性研究显示,PAMAM-MMAZO呈现出典型的向列型液晶织构。
【Abstract】 Polyamidoamine dendrimers(PAMAM) of 12 generations(1.0G2.0G PAMAM) were synthesized via the divergent procedure,we synthesized and the dendritic PAMAMMMAZO liquid crystal polymer was synthesized by Michael addition at room temperature under normal pressure.LC,IR,and 1H NMR(revealed) that the target polymers were succesfully prepared.The liquid-crystalline behavior of the synthesized copolymers was evidenced from POM and DSC observation.The yield of the products was 45% with a purity(over) 90%.The copolymers exhibit different liquid crystalline behavior compared to MMAZO.
