Ni-Ce-O/ZrO2催化剂上甲烷低温催化燃烧
Catalytic Properties of Ni-Ce-O/ZrO2 in Low-Temperature Methane Combustion
【摘要】 用柠檬酸法合成一系列N i-Ce氧化物(N i1-x-Cex-O,x为0.00~1.0),并通过XRD、TPR等测试技术研究了助剂Ce的加入对N iO物相和氧化-还原性能的影响,考察了这类催化剂在甲烷低温催化燃烧过程中的催化性能与其还原性能的关系。结果表明,CeO2与N iO以各自的相存在,但是CeO2的加入明显地促进了N iO的还原。与N iO催化剂相比,加入适量Ce后催化剂的活性都有提高,当Ce的加入量较小(x≤0.3)时,其活性和还原性的提高较为明显,主要归结于加入的Ce能均匀地分散在N iO中促进N iO的还原,从而提高其氧化-还原性能。这种促进作用在N i0.7-Ce0.3-O负载在ZrO2后更为明显,在TPR谱上N iO的初始还原温度更低,且甲烷完全转化的温度从N i0.7-Ce0.3-O的530℃降至N i0.7-Ce0.3-O/ZrO2的480℃。表明N i-Ce-O/ZrO2体系是一类性能优异的非贵金属甲烷低温催化燃烧催化剂。
【Abstract】 A series of Ni1-x-Cex-O(x=0.001.0) were prepared by the citrate method and characterized by means of XRD,H2-TPR technique and BET surface area measurement.It was found that the addition of CeO2 facilitated the reduction of NiO and increased the surface areas of the Ni1x-Cex-O oxides,which correlated with the catalytic properties of the Ni1-x-Cex-O oxides for methane combustion.The(catalytic) activities of the Ni1-x-Cex-O oxides obviously increased with the increase of the Ce content and reached a maximum at x=0.3. A series of the Ni0.7-Ce0.3-O/ZrO2 catalysts were also prepared by the citrate method.The Ni0.7-Ce0.3-O/ZrO2 with a mass ratio=1∶[KG-*3/5]1 gave the highest catalytic activity,under the catalysis of which the temperature of methane complete oxidation into CO2 decreased from 530 ℃ to 480 ℃.
