【摘要】 目的考察注射用加替沙星和替硝唑注射液配伍稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍前后两种药物的含量,并观察和测定外观性状、pH值变化。结果注射用加替沙星和替硝唑注射液配伍后在室温及35℃放置24 h,配伍溶液外观性状、pH值及2种组分的含量均无明显变化。结论注射用加替沙星与替硝唑注射液配伍后至少24 h稳定,可配伍使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the compatible stability of gatifloxacin for injection and tinidazole injection.Methods The contents of gatifloxacin and tinidazole within 24 h were determined simultaneously by HPLC.The changes of the appearance,pH value were observed or determined.Results There were no significant changes in the appearance,pH value and contents of gatifloxacin and tinidazole after they were mixed together and laid aside at room temperature and 35℃for 24 h.Conclusion The mixture of gatifloxacin for injection and tinidazole injection is stable at room temperature and 35℃for 24 h,and they can be applied in combination.更多还原
