【摘要】 目的从尿动力学特点探讨应用α1-受体阻滞剂治疗女性排尿困难的临床疗效及意义。方法自2001年1月至2005年10月,对60例以排尿困难为主诉的女性患者应用α1-受体阻滞剂(高特灵)治疗,于治疗前后进行症状评价和尿动力学检查。结果用药后55例患者临床症状明显缓解,其尿动力学相关指标如尿流率测定、压力流率同步测定、尿道压力测定等均较用药前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论α1-受体阻滞剂治疗女性排尿困难疗效肯定,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect and clinical significance of therapy for female dysuresia with α1-acceptor blocker based on urodynamic characteristic.Methods 60 female patients with dysuresia were treated with α1-acceptor blocker(Hytrin)from Jan.2001 to Oct.2005,the evaluation and urodynamic examination were done pre and pro the treatment.Results After the treatment,the symptoms relieved obviously in 55 patients and the correlated urodynamics index of the subjects such as uroflometry,pressure-flow rate and urethral pressure determination improved obviously(P < 0.05).Conclusion The curative effect for female dysuresia with α1-acceptor blocker(Hytrin)is confirmed.更多还原
