【摘要】 目的研究四季三黄软胶囊质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为270nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.10～0.50μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9986,平均加样回收率为97.8%(n=6),RSD=2.5%。结论方法快速简便,灵敏度和稳定性高,可有效控制四季三黄软胶囊的内在质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method to control the quality for Siji Sanhuang soft capsules.Methods The HPLC method was applied with acetonitrile and 0.05 mol/L NaH2PO4 water as mobile phase(30:70),and detection wavelength at 270 nm.Results In the range from 0.10～0.50 μg,berberine was in a good linearity with chromatograph peaks area,r=0.998 6,the average recovery rate was 97.8%(n=6),RSD=2.5%.Conclusion The method is quickly simple with a high intelligent degree and stabilities.The method can control the product quality effectively.更多还原
