【摘要】 目的分析总结近年来医院药物不良反应的发生情况,为临床合理用药及正确评价药物不良反应的发生提供参考。方法对首钢医院1999—2004年收集的468例不良反应报表进行统计分析。结果发生不良反应的药品涉及范围较广,且不良反应累及全身多个系统,其中居发生率前3位的是抗感染药物、心脑血管药物及中药制剂。结论监测药品不良反应,预防药品不良反应的发生,是促进合理用药及保障用药安全的有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse and summarize the status of adverse drug reactions(ADR) in our hospital in order to provide the reference for reasonable drug application in clinic and correct evaluation of ADR occurrence.Methods 468 cases of ADR were statistically analyzed in Shougang Hospital affiliated to Beijing University.Results ADR were associated with 263 drugs.The preceding three positions were common anti-infective drugs(232 cases,49.57%),cardiovascular agents(53 cases,11.32%) and traditional Chinese medicines(31 cases,6.62%) in turn.Conclusion Monitoring ADR is the effective method to prevent the occurrence of ADR,promote reasonable drug application and ensure the safety of drug use.更多还原
