【摘要】 目的观察盐酸吗啡缓释片对晚期癌症的镇痛效果。方法对102例中、重度癌痛患者进行治疗,盐酸吗啡缓释片开始剂量为30mg,每12h服药1次,在用药的过程中根据疼痛缓解程度来调整剂量。结果102例显效68例(66.7%),有效29例(28.4%),无效5例(4.9%),总有效率为95.1%。结论盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗癌症疼痛疗效显著,毒副反应轻,安全可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the analgesic effect of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets on cancer patients at late stage.Methods 102 patients with moderate and severe pain were treated with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets whose beginning usage was 30 mg/12 h,and the dosage was adjusted individually according to the analgesic effect.Results 67%(68 patients)obtained obvious effect,28%(29 patients)got partial effect and 5%(5 patients)showed no effect.The total effective rate was 95%.Conclusion Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets have a significant therapeutic effect on the cancer pain with lower side effect of toxicity and higher safety.更多还原
