【摘要】 目的探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病的经济效果。方法将122例十二指肠球部溃疡患者随机分为3组,分别给予枸橼酸铋钾雷尼替丁胶囊(A组)、奥美拉唑胶囊(B组)和雷贝拉唑胶囊(C组)治疗,并运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果总成本A组为283.36元,B组为350.00元,C组为480.00元,总有效率A组为70.45%,B组为82.50%,C组为84.21%。结论B组方案为最佳治疗方案,成本低且治愈率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of different regimes for the same disease on economic outcome.Methods 122 cases of ulceration of duodenal ampulla were randomly divided into 3 groups according to different regimes:group 1,capsule of bismuth potassium citrate and ranitidine;group 2,capsule of omeprazole;group 3,capsule of rabeprazole.The cost-efficiency was evaluated.Results The total cost of each patient in these three groups was:283.36 yuan RMB(group 1),350 yuan RMB(group 2),480 yuan RMB(group 3).And their efficiency was 70.45%,82.50%,84.21%,respectively.Conclusion Of the 3 groups,omeprazole group(group 2)was the best one with low cost and high healing rate.更多还原
