【摘要】 目的探讨用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定苯磺酸氨氯地平片含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法测定,检测波长为236nm,计算精密度和回收率。结果苯磺酸氨氯地平浓度在1.6～9.6μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好线性关系,r=0.9995;日内精密度RSD=0.69%,日间精密度RSD=0.48%;方法平均回收率为100.52%,RSD为1.24%。结论HPLC法测定苯磺酸氨氯地平片的含量,方法简便、快速、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the assay for amlodipine besylate tablets by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used to determine the contents of amlodipine besylate tablets.UV detected wavelenth was 236 nm.The precisions(RSD)and the recovery(RSD)were detected.Results There was a good linear correslation within the range of 1.6～ 9.6 μ g/mL,r=0.999 5.The precisions(RSD)were less than 0.48% and the recovery(RSD)were 1.24%.Conclusion The method is suitable for quality control of amlodipine besylate tablet.更多还原
