【摘要】 目的观察复方甘草酸苷对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能和肝纤维化的作用。方法将65例患者随机分为2组。治疗组35例给予复方甘草酸苷联合钾镁极化液治疗,对照组30例给予还原型谷胱甘肽联合钾镁极化液治疗,用药8周后观察临床症状、体征、肝功能及肝纤维化指标的变化。结果治疗组在各项指标的改善方面均较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组临床疗效分别为88.57%和73.33%(P<0.05),均未发现明显不良反应。结论复方甘草酸苷联合钾镁极化液对慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效和延缓肝纤维化的作用均明显优于还原型谷胱甘肽联合钾镁极化液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin on hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 65 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group(35 cases)were treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with polarized solution of ka and Mg,while control group(30 cases)were treated with decomposed glutathione combined with polarized solution of ka and Mg.The changes of clinical symptoms,signs,hepatic function parameters and liver fibrosis parameters of 2 groups were observed after treatment for 8 weeks.Results The significant differences were found between the treatment group and the control group in improvements of clinical symptoms,signs,hepatic function parameters and hepatic fibrosis parameters(P < 0.05).The clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group and control group were 88.57% and 73.33%,respectively.No significant adverse reactions were found in 2 groups.Conclusion The clinical curative effect and delaying effect on hepatic fibrosis of compound glycyrrhizin with polarized solution of ka and Mg on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is significantly better than that of decomposed glutathione with polarized solution of ka and Mg.更多还原
