【摘要】 目的观察禾心素胶囊降血中尿酸及调节血脂的作用。方法制备大鼠高尿酸血症模型,测定血中尿酸水平;测定高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量。结果禾心素胶囊可明显降低血中尿酸水平,明显降低高脂血症大鼠血清TC,TG,LDL水平和显著提高HDL水平。结论禾心素具有明显降低血中尿酸水平和调节血脂的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Heartsun capsule in decreasing serum uric acid and blood lipid.Methods To develop an experimental animal model of hyperuricemia.To measure the content of serum uric acid.To replicate an animal model of hyperlipaemia.To measure the content of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-CH)and low density lipoprotein(LDL).Results Hexinsu capsule reduced the content of serum uric acid clearly.It reduced the serum content of TC,TG and LDL in animal model of hyperlipaemia.It also could increase the content of HDL-CH clearly.Conclusion Hexinsu capsule has the function of decreasing the content of serum uric acid clearly and adjusting the content of blood lipid.更多还原
