【摘要】 目的以新鲜佛手、黄芪、白术、甘草等药材制备复方金佛手口服液并进行疗效观察。方法建立该口服液的鉴别方法,并用其治疗支气管炎患者322例,治疗反复呼吸道感染的儿童患者100例,观察用药前后情况。结果复方金佛手口服液对成人和小儿支气管炎均具有促进咳嗽、喘鸣及肺部体征好转和提高呼吸峰流速值的作用,用药后患者的血清IgG,IgA,IgM及IgG的亚型(IgG1,IgG2,IgG3,IgG4)水平均有显著升高,皮肤过敏试验阳转率达到72%,与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01或0.05)。结论复方金佛手口服液药理作用较广泛,临床应用前景广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare the oral liquid using the main ingredients,such as fresh citrus bergamot,milkvetch root,astractylodes macrocephala,glycyrrhiza,and to investigate the curative effect.Methods To establish the identification method of compound citrus bergamot oral liquid and apply this oral liquid to treat bronchitis patients 322 cases.This oral liquid was applied to treat 322 cases of bronchitis and 100 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.The curative effect was investigated.Results The oral liquid decreased cough,stridor and lung signs and improved respiratory peak flow value on bronchitis of adults and children.After the treatment IgG,IgA,IgM and subtype IgG(IgG1,IgG2,IgG3,IgG4) in the serum remarkablely increased.The positive rate of skin sensitive experiment in treatment group was 72%and had significant difference as compared with control group.Conclusion Compound citrus bergamot oral liquid has broad pharmacological effects and good prospect in clinical application.更多还原
