【摘要】 目的:建立醋酸洗必泰含漱剂中醋酸洗必泰的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以乙醇为溶剂,测定波长为(259±1)nm。结果:醋酸洗必泰浓度在3．0-15．0 μg/mL范围内和吸收度有良好线性关系,回归方程为A=0．060 78 C-0．001 21,r=0．999 8(n=7), 平均回收率为99．78％,RSD=0．43％(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、专属性好、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develope an assay method for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate in chlorhexidine acetate gargle by UV spectrophotometer. Methods: UV spectrophotometer was used to determine chlorhexidine acetate. The solvent was alcohol and the wavelength was (259±1)nm. Results:Chlorhexidine acetate had a good linearity between 3. 0 - 15. 0 μg/mL, the regression equation was A=0. 060 78 C-0.00121, r = 0. 999 8(n=7). The average recovery was 99.78%, RSD =0. 43% ( n =5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate in the quality control of chlorhexidine cetate gargle.更多还原
