【摘要】 目的:考察转移因子保存在不同温度、不同时间条件下的稳定性。方法:将转移因子分别放于4℃,22℃和37℃环境中,并于4℃保存1,2,2．5,3年,22℃保存1-6个月,37℃保存1-3个月,进行稳定性考察。结果:转移因子在4℃保存2年、22℃保存6个月、37℃保存 3个月后生物学活性并未降低。结论:转移因子稳定性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the stabilities of transfer factor(TF) stored at different temperature and different time point. Methods: TF was stored at 4t for 1 year, 2 years, 2.5 years and 3 years separately, 22℃ for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months and 6 months separately, and 37℃ for 1 month, 2 months and 3 months separately. And then stabilities of TF were tested. Results: Bioactivities of TF did not reduced stored at 4℃ for 2 years, 22℃ for 6 months, 37℃ for 3 months. Conclusion: TF is stable.更多还原
