【摘要】 目的:建立天年合剂总多糖的含量测定及薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:运用薄层色谱法鉴别其多糖,并用苯酚-硫酸法测定其含量。结果:薄层色谱的斑点清晰、重现性好,含量测定的平均回收率为98.68%(n=6),方法精密度RSD为1.02%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确,可作为含多糖制剂的质量控制方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To eastablish the methods of polyose for Tiannian Mixture.Methods:Polyose of Tiannian Mixture was identified by TLC,and the content of polyose was determined by Phenol-Vitrionl.Results:TLC was fairly clear,and the method of content’s determination showed good repeatability,RSD was 1.02%(n=6),and the average recovery of polyose was 98.68%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used to control quality of preparation’s polyose.更多还原
