【摘要】 目的掌握唐山市大型医用设备利用现况,以便合理利用卫生资源,提高设备使用效率。方法通过对区域内37所医院的大型医用设备运营情况进行调查取得数据,采用描述性统计方法对调查结果进行分析,并与全国平均水平进行比较。结果设备总体运行良好,但各级医院间利用率差别较大,但与全国平均水平基本持平,说明提高设备效率的潜力很大。结论配置的数量和公平性、医院的综合实力、设备的质量及相关医技人员的水平是影响利用效率的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to know the utilization circumstance of large-size medical facility allocation in Tangshan City so as to make rational use of medical resources and to increase utilization efficiency .Methods It has been investigated the working status of large-size medical equipment in 37 hospitals in Tangshan Area and the data have been recorded during the investigation.The data have been analyzed and the results were compatible to the nation average .It is in a great potential to improve the utilization efficiency by hospitals in Tangshan City .The data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistical method. Results As a whole the working status is a good,but utilization efficiency was varied widely from hospital to hospital.
