【摘要】 目的了解贫困地区乡镇卫生院卫生服务质量的状况,提出针对性的改善策略。方法采用“加强中国农村贫困地区基本卫生服务项目”中央专家制定《农村乡镇卫生院卫生服务质量自我评价表》收集资料,运用EXCEL建立数据库,借鉴“拱门”理论思想设计公式计算每个二级指标的实际值和综合得分。结果0～7岁儿童体检率、五苗及时接种率等公共卫生服务质量偏低;医疗文书书写规范性差。结论应建立卫生服务质量评价制度,加强医疗文书业务培训,重视公共卫生服务质量改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current health service quality status of township health centers in rural areas ana put forward improvement solutions pertinently. Methods Use"self-appraisal table for health service quality of township health centers"designed by the experts of the project"strengthening basic health service in rural poor areas of China"to collect information,utilize Microsoft Excel to establish database,apply the principle of ARCH theory to analyze data,compute total scores of two level index according to the designed formulary. Results The public health service quality is somewhat low,such as physical examination rate of 0～7 years old children,Immunization Rate of Infants and so on,the medical record writing is not so regular. Conclusion Establish health service appraisal system,carry out more training of medical record writing,pay more attention to the public health service quality improvement.更多还原
