【Abstract】 With the continuously spreading of NCMS,the difficulty in financing becomes a prominent problem.It will be very beneficial to use the health service provider as the principal part in the financing of NCMS.We discuss and analyze the feasibility of the health service provider getting the individual financing of NCMS,and the main process of the individual financing.
