【摘要】 目的分析中医医院发展中所遇到的困难,找出影响和阻碍其发展的主要因素,以供决策者和同道参考。方法对抽样单位院长进行深度访谈、员工座谈和问卷调查。结果坚持中医办院方向却面临生存挑战．中医药特色保持现状不容乐观,突出中医药特色的专科、专病不失为中医医院发展的可行之路。原因中医医院发展与政策环境、人才短缺有很大关系。建议从把握机遇、突出特色专科、政府加大投入力度、按中医药自身规律培养人才、政策环境保障等方面提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze roadblocks in developing Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Hospitals and try to find out the main influence factors.Methods A depth-interview was carried out in sample hospitals,discussion with employees and questionnaire investigation.Results TCM Hospitals face the Challenge of surviving while they persist in the direction of pure TCM;the current situation of TCM distinctive traits is not sound;there is a better way to develop TCM Hospitals by strengthening the distinctive traits.Causes The development of TCM Hospitals is closely related to the policy environment and shortage of TCM personnel.Proposals The following proposals are put forward as:holding the policy opportunities; stressing the distinctive traits of TCM;putting more financial capital in TCM Hospitals;training personnel based on the law of TCM;as well as improving the policy environment;and so on.更多还原
