【摘要】 文章从工业工程的角度分析了目前我国医院管理上存在的一些问题,强调了在当前医院管理的基础上引入工业工程技术的必要性。介绍了工业工程在医疗卫生系统中应用的历史和当前国际上研究与应用的现状,并介绍了相关研究机构、学会及其研究的方向。最后提出了运用工业工程关键技术提高医疗卫生系统服务效率、服务质量,降低成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper,the main problems of hospital management in China are revealed from industrial engineering point of view.Analysis is made on needs for introducing IE methodologies to hospital based on the current hospital management situation.The history of the application of IE in healthcare system mainly in foreign developed countries and the recent research,application situation are also given in this article,Finally available key IE skills are proposed to improve the service efficiency and quality as well as reduce the cost in healthcare system.更多还原
