【摘要】 在对医院性质按营利与否进行区分的基础上,划分出非营利医院与营利医院的构成及业务异同。针对非营利医院存在的商业化倾向、治理结构缺失或混乱、决策机制失效等一系列组织治理问题,从构建合理的治理结构和完善的治理机制两个方面给出了相应的解决对策,希望从组织治理体系的角度进一步讨论医院改革的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of clarifying hospitals by profitable or not,this paper plots out nonprofit hospital and profitable hospitals and points out the differences or sameness between these two type organizations.Aiming at a series of problems of organizational governance,solutions are put forward on reasonable governance structure and perfect governance mechanisms in order to advance the reform of hospitals in the way of organization governance system.更多还原
