旱莲草水提物对低氧模型小鼠的影响
Protective Effects of Aqueous Extract from Herba Eclipta on Hypoxic Mice
【摘要】 目的观察旱莲草水提物对低氧模型小鼠的保护作用。方法分别采用异丙肾上腺素、亚硝酸钠、小鼠断头和失血性休克等方法制备低氧模型,观察旱莲草水提物对低氧小鼠耗氧量、存活时间、心脏搏动时间和张口呼吸时间的影响。结果灌胃给予旱莲草水提物15和30 g.kg-1,能降低异丙肾上腺素所致心肌低氧小鼠的耗氧量,延长低氧存活时间;增加离体鼠头的张口呼吸次数;但缩短亚硝酸钠中毒小鼠的存活时间和失血性休克小鼠的心脏搏动时间。结论旱莲草水提物对异丙肾上腺素所致心肌低氧小鼠具有保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the protective effects of aqueous extract from Herba Eclipta against hypoxic mice. Methods The hypoxic animal models were made by means of injecting isoprenaline or sodium nitrite or decapitation.The effects of aqueous extract from Herba Eclipta were observed by measuring the oxygen consumption,survival time,cardiac beating time and gasping time in hypoxic mice. Results When mice were intragastrically administered with aqueous extract from Herba Eclipta at the dose of 15 and 30 g·kg-1,the oxygen consumption was reduced and the survival time was prolonged significantly in myocardial hypoxic mice induced by isoprenaline.The mouth-opening breath times of isolated head were increased by 22.6% in mice by decapitation.But the survival time of hypoxic mice induced by sodium nitrite and the heart-beats time in decapitated mice were shortened. Conclusion Aqueous extract from Herba Eclipta shows remarkable protective effects on myocardial hypoxic mice induced by isoprenaline.
