【摘要】 目的:探讨MRS和PWI技术对超急性脑梗死诊断和治疗中的作用。方法:分别应用MRS和PWI技术对临床怀疑超急性脑梗死患者进行扫描,并对所获得图像进行分析。结果:在脑梗塞发作早期常规MRI无法检测到的低灌注区,而MRS和PWI技术最早可在发病1.5h发现病灶。结论:MRS和PWI技术的应用对监测脑部疾病的病理生理变化、早期诊断、疗效和预后判断均有十分重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of diagnosis and treatment of MRS and PWI technology in hyper acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Scanning was carried using MRS and PWI technology respectively to the clinical suspicious hyper acute cerebral infarction patients, the obtained images were analyzed.Results:The low irrigation area could be examined by MRS and PWI after 1.5 h of cerebral infarction outbreak which was negative by MRI.Conclusion:MRS and the PWI technology are important in monitoring the pathology physiology change, the early diagnosis, the curative effect and the prognosis judgment of brain disease.
