【摘要】 目的探讨血清表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者视网膜病变(DR)之间的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测了47例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者,其中28例伴DR,19例不伴视网膜病变和26例正常对照者(NC)血清EGF含量。结果各组糖尿病患者血清EGF值显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),糖尿病无视网膜病变组(NDR)、背景型(BDR)及增殖型(PDR)之间的EGF水平亦显著不同。结论检测糖尿病患者的EGF水平对糖尿病视网膜病变的早期诊断具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between epidermal growth factor(EGF) in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with retinopathy. Methods EGF level was measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in of 26 control subjects and 47 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus consisting of 28 cases of with diabetic retinopathy(DR) as well as 19 cases without retinopathy(NDR). Results There were significantly differences in EGF level between those of the normal control and retinopathy groups(P <0.01) . Level of EGF was significantly differences among groups of NDR, BDR and PDR. Conclusion Detecting EGF is valuable for patients with diabetes in the early clinical diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy更多还原
