【摘要】 目的探讨儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术的最佳时机及术式的选择。方法分析了31例(31眼)4～14岁儿童外伤性白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术。结果术后视力>0.3者18眼,0.05～0.3者9眼,<0.05者4眼。结论儿童外伤性白内障植入人工晶状体有利于小儿双眼单视功能恢复,手术时机以伤后2周至2月为宜,但术后并发症比成人多,而且重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the best operative opportunity of traumatic cataract and its seletion of operative methods. Methods analysed 31 cases(31 eyes) of Iol implantation in children aged 4～14 Years With traumatic cataract . Results After operation the Vision of 18 eyes were more than 0.3, of 9 eyes between 0.05 to 0.3, of 4 eyes was lower than 0.05. Conclusions Iol impLantation in the children with traumatic Cataract is propitous for binocular Single Vision , but the Complications are more serious than in adult. the operation is better from 2 weeks to 2 months after trauma.更多还原
